Domestic sourcing enquiries are accepted across India. International export and import enquiries are reviewed by product, origin, destination and proposed route. Acceptance of an enquiry does not grant import/export permission or guarantee that a carrier can service the destination.
Each quotation confirms delivery location, freight mode, packing, responsibilities, estimated dispatch and arrival dates, and whether charges are included or payable separately. International quotations also state the agreed Incoterm and the documents and clearances required for that consignment.
Signed-in buyers can see recorded shipment stages, carrier or transporter details, consignment/AWB and booking references, expected delivery date and milestone history in their requirement workspace. Desk-recorded milestones are identified as desk records. They are not automatic carrier or customs confirmations. Ask the desk for the carrier confirmation when a record is unclear or delayed.
Report visible damage, shortage or a broken seal on the delivery receipt wherever possible. Keep photos, packing and the delivery acknowledgement. Contact the business promptly about delay, failed delivery or missing goods. Do not return goods without an agreed return instruction.
