How do I order?
Choose products and pack sizes, add them to your cart, sign in and enter your delivery address. Check delivery availability before submitting.
How are pack sizes counted?
Each quantity is one pack in the size shown. For example, quantity 2 of a 500 g pack means two 500 g packs.
How can I pay?
Eligible Cash on Delivery order requests are available. Online payment is not configured yet.
Where do I see my order?
Open your account and select the order. Order progress follows staff updates, with a courier link when one is added.
How do I request a return?
Open a delivered order from your account and describe the problem. The team reviews eligibility before approving a return or refund.
How do I contact you?
Use Contact us for product, delivery or order questions. If you are signed in, replies appear in your account support inbox.
